A former college athlete who knows what hard work and dedication will bring. I am a certified personal trainer with a bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Wellness and a minor in Nutrition. I have used my education to help clients build lean muscle and burn fat. My aim is to help motivate and provide my clients with fitness programs to help them accomplish their goals.
